This release is a celebration of place, in flavour and on canvas.
We’ve partnered with Eurobodalla artist Fiona Ryan, a graduate of the National Art School whose work engages deeply with the Australian landscape. Her practice reflects light, texture, and the shifting moods of country. The same sense of place we chase in every coffee we roast.
Inside the bag is a Brazilian Yellow Bourbon from Bom Jesus Farm in the Alta Mogiana region. This farm is renowned for producing coffees with remarkable clarity and natural sweetness. In the cup, expect soft caramel, rounded sweetness, and a smooth, comforting finish. A profile that feels both refined and generous.
For us, coffee and art share something important: they bring people together, spark conversation, and express the character of a landscape in different forms. This collaboration is about honouring that connection.
A portion of proceeds from every bag sold goes directly to supporting local artists and strengthening the creative community in our region.
Brew it slowly. Look closely. Taste the landscape.
